Basically, all you need is your dirty laundry and your phone / credit card / debit card with payWave function. Most washers are automatically injected with our high-quality detergent and softener. However, there are two 9kg machines that can be used with your own products. We are happy for you to add extra stain remover or appropriate laundry sanitising products.
Prices for washing start at $8 (own detergent) and $9 (detergent and softener included). Prices for drying start at $9. Prices are subject to change at any time. By tapping your phone/card, you accept the charges as displayed on the payment screen. Please always check the charges on the payment summary screen before tapping your phone/card. The machines and prices listed on that screen are what you will be charged for, and which machines will get the credit. WashHaus (NSW) Pty Ltd reserves the right to issue vouchers based on user errors at its own discretion.

The laundromat is cleaned daily; however, the laundromat is mostly unattended. It is a public space which means it is open to anybody. The use of the laundromat is at your own risk. We cannot make special provisions for people with allergies. We recommend:
- Check each machine before loading
- If worried, bring wipes to clean the machine before use and/or add laundry sanitiser
- Hand sanitiser is available free of charge
- Ensure your pockets are empty, especially no tissues, nails and screws or hair pins. Please put underwire bras and other delicate items in laundry bags.
SpeedQueen, the supplier of our machines, recently performed a test on how many minutes a mixed towel load in our small dryer would reach the recommended Australian Standard of 71 degrees Celsius maintained for at least 3 minutes (AS/NZ 4146:2000) to reach thermal sterilisation. The test result was that it took 20 minutes to attain 71 degrees Celsius. The minimum drying time for all our drying cycles is well above 20 minutes.
